Baker Mayfield (QB - TB) vs Detroit Lions
No receivers? No problem. Baker has been nothing short of prolific this season and has a QB-friendly matchup against Detroit this week. He will find a way to have another outstanding performance.
Jared Goff (QB - DET) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Lions’ game this weekend will be a shootout, with both teams better at defending the run than the pass. Expect big numbers from the veteran who still looked good against Kansas City despite the loss.
Matthew Stafford (QB - LAR) vs Jacksonville Jaguars
Stafford put up back-to-back 25+ point performances in weeks four and five. This past week, he simply stopped throwing the ball because his team wasn’t going to lose to Cooper Rush. He should return to those numbers against a mediocre Jags secondary.
Dak Prescott (QB - DAL) vs Washington Commanders
Another game that should be high-scoring. Dak has been a top-six quarterback four times this season already, and in each of the last three games. He’s playing at an MVP level, and with the possibility of Ceedee Lamb returning, he is a top-tier starter going forward.
Spencer Rattler (QB - NO) vs Chicago Bears
Need a deep sleeper with some upside this week? Look no further than Spencer Rattler, who has been a surprisingly consistent and serviceable quarterback this season. He plays against a Chicago team that has given 21.5 points per game to QBs so far this season, and has some rushing upside too.
Sit 'Em
Jaxson Dart (QB - NYG) vs Denver Broncos
There’s a lot of hype surrounding him right now, and many outlets will suggest that you grab him off waivers while you still can. Even if you do, don’t start him this week. The Broncos are just about the toughest test he could face.
Sam Darnold (QB - SEA) vs Houston Texans
Similar to Jaxson, he’s here not because of his previous production, but because of his difficult opponent. No quarterback has broken through against Houston yet, and I doubt that Darnold will be the first.
Brock Purdy (QB - SF) vs Atlanta Falcons
Purdy is usually a serviceable fantasy quarterback, but there are too many question marks heading into this matchup. Will Kittle suit up? Will Jennings and Pearsall play? Is Purdy really healthy enough to go? I would stay away this week, especially after the Falcons made reigning MVP Josh Allen struggle last week.
Daniel Jones (QB - IND) vs Los Angeles Chargers
Daniel Jones’ fantasy production heavily relies on his rushing touchdowns. He is yet to finish with more than 17 points without the aid of a score on the ground. Against a Chargers defense that is better against the pass than the run, I expect more Jonathan Taylor than Jones in the game.
Justin Fields (QB - NYJ) vs Carolina Panthers
Fields is scaring me recently. I had him ranked as a top-ten quarterback in fantasy this season, but last week, he looked unable to operate an NFL offense. The Panthers are sneakily good against QBs, and could give him a lot of trouble.

Quinshon Judkins (RB - CLE) vs Miami Dolphins
Judkins’ usage in Week 6 was disregarded, as the rookie running back totaled 12 touches for 36 yards. The 21-year-old running back should see a much heavier workload against Miami’s defense, which has given up 330 rushing yards to its opponent’s running backs over the course of the last two weeks. With all due respect to Rico Dowdle and Kimani Vidal, Judkins is clearly a more complete runner than both players. Start Judkins with full confidence this week.
Jaylen Warren (RB - PIT) vs Cincinnati Bengals
Warren returned from injury in Week 6, totaling 52 yards on 11 carries, while securing both of his targets for 11 yards. This week, the 26-year-old goes up against a Bengals defense that is allowing the most fantasy points per game to the running back position (29.7). Look for Warren's workload to increase with another week removed from the injury.
J.K. Dobbins (RB - DEN) vs New York Giants
Dobbins and the entire Denver Broncos offense struggled to get anything going in London last week against the New York Jets. That will change against the New York Giants, who have allowed the 11th most points to running backs this season. The veteran running back will continue to dominate the snap share in this backfield and is a good bet for a touchdown.
Jacory Crosky-Merritt (RB - WSH) vs Dallas Cowboys
Crosky-Merritt disappointed many fantasy managers with his lackluster fantasy output on Monday night against an underwhelming Chicago Bears' run defense. The rookie running back gets another crack against Dallas' pedestrian defense that just allowed Rico Dowdle to rush for over 180 yards. Crosky-Merritt fumbled again in Week 6, but still saw 17 opportunities. With that type of workload, he could be a fringe RB1 in Week 7.
David Montgomery (RB - DET) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Montgomery has totaled fewer than 10 carries in two of the last three weeks. However, head coach Dan Campbell told reporters on Tuesday that he wants the veteran's workload to increase. That is a statement that should supply a nice volume bump to Montgomery. Detroit-Tampa Bay has a great chance of producing lofty numbers, and you should start every piece in this game, including Montgomery.
Sit 'Em
Kenneth Walker III (RB - SEA) vs Houston Texans
It's been a frustrating season for fantasy managers who are relying on Walker III. Not only is the 24-year-old running back losing snaps to Zach Charbonnet - who played 60% of the snaps in Week 6 - but it also seems that Walker III has lost all goal-line work to the Charbonnet as well. Houston's defense has allowed the eighth-fewest points to opposing running backs this season. If the fourth-year running back is not going to get opportunities near paydirt, it's tough to envision him exploding for a long touchdown against this defensive front.
Rachaad White (RB - TB) vs Detroit Lions
White has produced two straight weeks of at least 16.1 fantasy points scored, but that has transpired with three rushing touchdowns in that span. Detroit has a stout run defense, allowing the sixth-fewest points per game to running backs this season. White is not an efficient runner, averaging 3.3 yards per carry since inheriting the starting role with Bucky Irving out. A touchdown is White’s only saving grace.
Kimani Vidal (RB - LAC) vs Indianapolis Colts
Week 6 was the honeymoon phase for Vidal, who was lucky enough to go up against the worst run defense in the NFL, which is the Miami Dolphins. It will not be as easy pickings against a Colts defense that gives up the 11th-fewest fantasy points to running backs. There is a non-zero chance Vidal’s performance last week was a complete outlier.
Chase Brown (RB - CIN) vs Pittsburgh Steelers
Brown has not surpassed 8.3 fantasy points since Week 1, when he rushed for 43 yards and one touchdown on 21 carries. Without Joe Burrow, Brown’s performance and production have plummeted him to RB3 consideration. Based on where he was drafted in August, Brown is turning into one, if not the biggest, fantasy bust this season.
Cam Skattebo (RB - NYG) vs Denver Broncos
Skattebo has been a major part of the Giants’ offensive revival and was dominant last week against the Eagles with 98 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns. However, this week is an entirely different matchup against the Broncos, a top-10 unit against the run.

Rome Odunze (WR - CHI) vs New Orleans Saints
Monday night was a frustrating one for Odunze, who had a touchdown taken off the board due to a highly questionable illegal formation penalty. Because of that, the second-year receiver finished the game with two receptions for 32 yards. This week, Odunze faces a Saints defense that allowed eight receptions, 164 yards, and three touchdowns combined to Kayshon Boutte and Demario Douglas in Week 6. With D.J. Moore’s status uncertain, Odunze could see double-digit targets in this game.
Courtland Sutton (WR - DEN) vs New York Giants
Sutton was a major disappointment last week, catching one pass for 17 yards on three targets against a pitiful New York Jets’ defense. He now faces the other team from New York, but this time, the game is at home and not overseas. Expect Sutton and this Broncos offense to bounce back dramatically in Week 7.
Davante Adams (WR - LAR) vs Jacksonville Jaguars
Adams struggled in what should have been an easy game last week against the Baltimore Ravens, but he has a great chance of rebounding against the Jaguars. With Puka Nacua seemingly out due to a high-ankle sprain, Adams should dominate the target share. Jacksonville has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wideouts this season.
Jameson Williams (WR - DET) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Williams finally showed a sign of life last week against the Kansas City Chiefs, securing six passes for 66 yards and one touchdown. The 24-year-old receiver possesses game-changing speed that should be highlighted in what should be a barnburner between two teams with reeling defenses.
DK Metcalf (WR - PIT) vs Cincinnati Bengals
Metcalf has scored a touchdown in four of six games this season, and that has a good chance of extending to five games on Thursday night. The 27-year-old receiver has only been targeted 31 times through five games, but he does not require high volume to produce WR1 numbers. Metcalf should be a fringe WR1 in Week 7.
Sit 'Em
DeVonta Smith (WR - PHI) vs Minnesota Vikings
Smith has only two games with at least eight receptions and has only one touchdown on the season. This Eagles’ passing offense is currently broken, and it will not be repaired this week against the Vikings defense, which has allowed the fewest points to wide receivers in 2025.
Michael Pittman Jr. (WR - IND) vs Los Angeles Chargers
Pittman Jr. has failed to surpass six targets in the last two games, and that could continue against the Chargers’ sturdy pass defense. Indianapolis’ offense is heavily predicated on Tyler Warren and Jonathan Taylor, limiting Pittman Jr.'s upside each week. Los Angeles’ defense has only allowed two touchdowns to receivers this season.
Wan’Dale Robinson (WR - NYG) vs Denver Broncos
Robinson caught six passes for 84 yards and one touchdown last week, but that is going to be virtually impossible to replicate against Denver. Patrick Surtain II is most likely going to be the cornerback opposite Robinson on Sunday, which is never a positive for fantasy receivers’ production. Don’t view Robinson as an auto start just because of last week.
Jakobi Meyers (WR - LV) vs Kansas City Chiefs
Meyers has scored double-digit fantasy points in only one game this season, which occurred in Week 1. Since then, Meyers has become a non-factor in the passing game, even with Brock Bowers out of the lineup. He has also failed to reach 40 yards in his last three outings. Kansas City’s pass defense is stifling, especially at home.
Jerry Jeudy (WR - CLE) vs Miami Dolphins
Jeudy does not have one game this season above 9.1 fantasy points, and has not surpassed 66 receiving yards in any game in 2025. Cleveland’s offense is not going to be a trustworthy unit at any point this season. It doesn’t matter that Miami is the opponent this week. Until Jeudy proves anything remotely close to startable status, he should not be in lineups.

Kansas City Chiefs D/ST vs Las Vegas Raiders
D/ST are scoring an average of 11 fantasy points against the Raiders offense. Geno Smith’s terrible offense and turnover issue bodes well for a pressure-oriented defense in the Chiefs.
Carolina Panthers D/ST vs New York Jets
The Jets are allowing an average of 14 points against D/STs this year, and with Garett Wilson out of this game, the Panthers should have a good day.

Green Bay Packers D/ST vs Arizona Cardinals
Despite adding Parsons at the beginning of the season, the Packers have been underwhelming, scoring only 3 points against the Cleveland Browns. With an Arizona team that can put up high amounts of yards and points, it’s advisable to avoid the underperforming squad.
Houston Texans D/ST vs Seattle Seahawks
This is a tough matchup for the Texans, as they face the high-flying Seahawks. Seattle has scored over 20 points in each of their last two games and is the 6th toughest offense to face in the league.
